A bond clean is a full, top-to-bottom clean, worked to the same standard your property manager inspects against. Here’s exactly what’s covered, room by room.

Kitchen

• Oven, cooktop and rangehood cleaned inside and out
• Cupboards and drawers wiped inside and out
• Splashback, benchtops and sink degreased
• Exhaust fan cleaned

Bathrooms and laundry

• Shower screens, tiles and grout scrubbed
• Toilet, vanity and mirrors sanitised
• Mould treated where present
• Laundry tub and exterior of machines wiped down

Living areas and bedrooms

• Skirting boards, light switches and power points wiped
• Built-in wardrobes cleaned inside and out
• Blinds and curtain tracks dusted
• Floors vacuumed and mopped throughout

Windows and fixtures

• Internal windows, tracks and sills cleaned
• Flyscreens wiped down
• Ceiling fans and light fittings dusted
